The quality of Lioforte freeze-dried products consists of:

1. Raw material quality

Our raw materials come from non-industrial crops, from proven, reputable producers and processors. A significant part of the fruit comes from certified organic farming. All fruits are of 100% Polish origin.

2. The quality of the freeze-drying process

Premium Lioforte freeze drying means drying in low pressure close to that of a vacuum, without the use of higher temperatures or microwaves. The freeze-drying process of Lioforte is carried out with the use of modern technologies, machines and equipment from the world leader in freeze-drying techniques.

We work with Polish research centers, we learn from them about the health-promoting values of Polish plants, and when implementing new products, we follow the results of their research.

 

Our production plant is located in the vicinity of the Natura 2000 protected area. It is our      honor to work with respect for the natural environment and its proactive protection. Our production process does not poison the air, soil or water and produces no noise. The water that remains after the production process does not contain any harmful chemical additives and is reused for economic purposes. We only use electricity throughout the production process.

We are holders of the ecological certificate and the FSSC 22000 food safety system and food production quality system certificate.

 

The fruit of our uncompromising approach to the selection of raw materials and the freeze-drying process is the "daily portion of health" range, that is, healthy, Polish freeze-dried Lioforte fruits

Our freeze-dried fruits retain almost all of what is most valuable in fruits: vitamins, minerals, biologically-active substances and nutritional values. They taste like freshly-harvested, ripe fruits of the highest quality. They look beautiful on the plate and in all products where an appetizing appearance is a key aspect. All freeze-dried Lioforte fruits are 100% Polish and most of them are ecologically certified.
